Since 2012, we have been creating our backpacks in our own production facility, where every stitch and every detail is the result of our dedication to quality and craftsmanship. Our History

2012-2015
First Steps
Starting with a few classic everyday backpack models and a small production studio in one of Kyiv's industrial areas, GUD established itself as a brand in 2015 by opening its own full-fledged workshop and actively beginning the development of new models using modern equipment.
2015
Military Cooperation
That same year, GUD actively began cooperating with volunteer organizations, manufacturing gear necessary for combat operations in Donbas. This experience allowed us to implement MIL-Spec standards into the design and production of future models of our everyday backpacks.
2016-2018
Rebranding and Export
Subsequently, we updated our identity and established black and yellow as our signature colors. Exhibitions in New York and Berlin boosted our international presence and attracted media attention. Further collaborations, experiments in developing new models, and the continuous improvement of construction and quality cemented GUD's reputation as a brand that creates the most durable and practical everyday backpacks.
2022
Adaptation to War
With the start of the full-scale war in 2022, GUD once again directed itʼs resources towards supporting the country, beginning the production of critically important protective gear—ranging from pouches to plate carriers.
2026
Present Day
Today, GUD is a company that designs and manufactures the most durable backpacks, bags, and accessories, which are used by people in Ukraine and worldwide. We continue to apply our many years of experience, adhere to high quality standards, and experiment to remain a model of quality, durability, and reliability in the world of urban backpacks.
