International orders are shipped via "Ukrposhta" (Ukrainian Post). Delivery time depends on the destination country and usually takes 7–21 business days.

We are responsible for the quality of our products and confirm this with a two-year warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and manufacturing faults.

If such a manufacturing or material defect is found, we will, at our discretion and expense, repair or replace a component or the entire product.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper or negligent use, accidental damage, damage caused by product modification, or natural wear and tear.

Please Note: The warranty does not cover the reflective components of the products, whose reflective properties may diminish over time.

Shipping and Repairs

The owner is responsible for the costs of shipping and transporting the item to us for repair and the return shipment.

Products are accepted for repair only in a clean condition!
