• The top of the front panel and the bottom are made from a dense, smooth-coated fabric that wipes clean easily

• The back panel has two padded 3D mesh panels with an air channel between them
• Adjustable shoulder straps with mesh lining on the inside

International orders ship from Ukraine with Ukrposhta, the Ukrainian national postal service. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs and Duties

Shipping is free on orders of $400 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs fees and import duties, where applicable, aren’t included in the shipping cost and are paid by the recipient.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every GUD product comes with a two-year warranty for the original owner, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

If you find a defect of this kind, we will repair or replace the affected part or the entire product, at our discretion and at our expense.

What the warranty doesn’t cover

• Damage from improper or careless use
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by modifying the product
• Normal wear and tear
• Reflective elements, which naturally lose some of their reflectivity over time

Shipping and repairs

The owner covers shipping costs to us and back.

Please make sure the product is clean before sending it for repair. We can’t accept items that haven’t been cleaned.
